The six agreements
Every scholar reads and accepts these when they apply. Here is each one in plain words.

Member Membership Agreement
What membership asks of you: honest records, respectful conduct, following the Constitution, Bylaws, and Code of Conduct, and the dues and refund terms.

Data Use and Privacy Agreement
What RISE collects, why, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for a correction. RISE never sells your information.

Strike System Acknowledgment
How strikes work: the Bylaws decide what earns a strike and how to appeal. The website only keeps the count, and only the Chief People Officer can change it.

Mentor Consent and Data Agreement
How RISE uses your answers to match mentors and mentees, what your match sees about you, and the boundaries every mentorship keeps.

Event Participation Acknowledgment
At RISE events and service activities you follow the instructions given, respect people and places, and record attendance and service honestly.

Media and Photography Consent
RISE may photograph or record its activities and use those images to share its work. You can privately ask never to be posted if being public could put you at risk.
