At events
I will follow the safety and conduct instructions for RISE events, meetings, and service activities. I will respect other participants, organizers, community partners, and the places we visit.
Attendance and service
My attendance may be recorded by scanning a code or by an officer entering it. Service hours may be confirmed with the person who supervised me. I will record my participation honestly and ask for a correction if a record is wrong.
Access and special activities
I can contact the officer running an event about accommodations or concerns. Some activities may have their own instructions or permission forms. This acknowledgment is not a release of liability.
RISE records the version of each agreement you accept, your typed name, and when. If this text changes, you will be asked to read and accept the new version.
