Media and Photography Consent

RISE may photograph or record its activities and use those images to share its work. You can privately ask never to be posted if being public could put you at risk.

Permission

I give RISE permission to photograph or record me taking part in RISE activities, and to use those images or recordings on its website, official social media, event materials, and reports about its work. This includes group photos inside the member website.

What this does not allow

This does not allow RISE to publish my application answers, academic information, support requests, or any other private membership information. RISE will not use my image in a misleading way or to suggest I endorse something unrelated to RISE.

Removal and safety

I can ask the Director of Communications to remove a specific image from channels RISE controls. Images already shared publicly may have been copied by others.

If being posted publicly could put me at risk, I can ask the Chief People Officer, privately, never to be posted. The reason is never shared.

RISE records the version of each agreement you accept, your typed name, and when. If this text changes, you will be asked to read and accept the new version.
