How strikes work
The RISE Bylaws and Code of Conduct define what can result in a strike, who decides, how I am told, and how I can appeal.
The website stores only my strike count. It does not store the reason, the story, or any hearing records. Only the Chief People Officer can change the count, and only under the approved procedure.
If I think it is wrong
If I believe my count is wrong, or I want to appeal, I can contact the Chief People Officer. This acknowledgment does not give up any right to review or appeal that RISE or Morgan State provides.
Strikes are never shown to other scholars.
RISE records the version of each agreement you accept, your typed name, and when. If this text changes, you will be asked to read and accept the new version.
